Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information concerning our refund policy

RETURNS

All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to request a return. All returned items must be in the origional unopened packaging with all the origional tags and labels attached. You will also need to include the receipt as proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact customer service at info@bahrainbricks.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent prior to obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest you use a trackable method to mail your return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if the item you received is not the item you ordered. In the event any of the following are found, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it to your satisfaction.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on the following items

1. Items that have been marked down or put on sale

2. Items that have been custom printed or engraved

3. Items that have been custom made.

4. Products that are worn or used

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received the returned item and have fully inspected your return. At this time we will notify you and inform you if your refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded your origional payment via the origional payment method that you used during the initial purchase.

EXCHANGES

Any exchanges of products will only occur once the item that needs to be exchanged is received at our facility. Once the item is accepted, and a refund is given, you may then place a new order for the item that you are exchanging. By doing this, it eliminates any misunderstandings that could occur by just exchanging the item.

Please note that items that have been marked down, on sale, or discontinued cannot be returned
